ordered the black stainless steel model to go with the rest of our other kitchen appliances, looks great and works exceptionally well, other feature that was desirable was that both ovens are self cleaning unlike our previous brand

This oven is excellent. We used to have a small 24 inch single oven. Yesterday I cooked a meatloaf in the top while baking an apple cake in the bottom. Both cooked perfectly.

After much research on purchasing a new double oven for our remodeling of our kitchen. The Frigidaire always kept coming up as top of the line. Love the large ovens and everything cooks evenly. The features are convenient and needed for easy baking and cooking large meals. Love it!

We replaced a 20 year old oven that died. This Frigidaire is great. The controls are well laid out and easy to use. Build quality is really nice and sturdy with great fit and finish. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Cooks and bakes evenly. I miss having a convection mode. A bit slow to come to temperature. The instruction manual is missing correct details about setting the Sabbath mode and the tech support people were pretty clueless- they had to send a service person out (who was great) to figure it out.

We had a double oven installed when we remodeled our kitchen last fall. I™™ve been using the oven since mid-November. I was quite surprised at how loud the fan was for the upper oven, but accepted that it must be the standard for any electric double oven. Since we first installed it, I™™m growing increasingly frustrated with other issues: the temperatures don™™t seem to be calibrated evenly between the upper and lower ovens, as we usually get two different results on the same recipe depending on which oven we use. Overall, both ovens typically burn food if I cook at the recipe™™s suggested temperature and time. I™™ve started to reduce the cooking temp by 25 degrees. Today, I put meatloaf in the upper oven and set the timer for one hour, and 20 minutes later the fan turned off indicating the entire oven had shut itself off at one point. I tried heating the oven up again and setting the timer only to have the oven shut off again. Again, heated it up and set the timer, then the timer shut off (no beeping or anything, just sort of acted like it had never been set) and then after a few minutes, the oven shut off again. It just feels like little things are adding up into a bad purchase decision. I don™™t know where to turn for help other than shelling out additional money for someone to service it and tell me what to do to fix all these problems.

The glass doors glass rattles when closing. I also hear rattling when I hit glass lightly with my bear knuckles .

Bought this Oven a month ago It was the one we wanted suited our needs. Everything works well, no issues! Would have liked to have oven overall depth about a 1 inch shorter so it would fit better in a 24" depth cabinet.
