Happy with this oven

Bottom line, works great. In the short time owned(6 weeks) we baked pizza, brownies, cookies, shortbread, and pie. All came out great, cooked through with golden brown edges. Roasted chicken was moist. Much better results than our previous gas oven. Cooking times matched the recipes. Warms up quickly.One of the two clips that hold the controls in place broke off- either came that way or broke during installation( we could not find the broken-off clip). Installed and works without the clip, but the controls are not secure, rattle a little. Frigidaire sent a repair person, who ordered a new control panel.. Yet to be installed, but Frigidaire was responsive, and seems like they will follow through - we are hopeful. Maybe 5 stars if this is successfully resolved.Very minor issues- would prefer to see the oven temperature as it is warming up, to monitor progress, Up/Down arrows to set timer & temperature are a little annoying.

Warned not to use the self-cleaning feature

After I purchased the appliance and had it installed, I was warned by the appliance dealer that I should NOT use the self-cleaning feature because there have been customer complaints that the interior paint bubbles off when the self-cleaning option is used. I am not happy about this as I was given the option to buy a manual-clean oven for $200 less and chose the self-cleaning option for convenience. Now it appears that I should not use it.
