This AC worked wonderfully when I lived on the ground floor, but I now live on the third floor and my first-floor neighbors complained about this unit POURING water into their yard constantly (even if it hasn't rained in a while). We've checked the drain hole (it's clear) and we can't get the outer case off to check the rest because the screws strip easily. I know it's humid, but I live in NYC and have never seen a window AC unit pour water like this.

I bought this back in February and it's a great product. Works very well even with the sun beating down on it this Florida heat is bad for ac and this one sp far is doing great

Bought two AC's a couple of months ago and am going yo buy another for the second floor. I have a very large and old home and with the addition of a third one it will be like having central air.

Bought this 10000 BTU to replace a 6000 BTU that was aging. The new Air Conditioner runs a little quieter and has no issues keeping the area cool. Also, it does not rattle which is important. Very nice remote as well.

I bought this a month ago and it does a great job. I have a 12000 BTU unit in another room and the two keeps the house at 72 degrees.The house is 1200 sq ft. and is a weekend home and I keep it on 72 degrees.

It is 2 weeks old, worked great at first, now not as cold, airflow is a lot less 2 weeks out. Not sure if it is due to weak fan or styrofoam internals.

I bought this unit because of its energy efficiency rating and because Frigidaire has good ratings on a/c™™s overall. So happy I did my homework. It has energy savings mode, a clean air feature which removes pollen and impurities, and a number of other features.

Bought it from Target and out of the box it worked alright... Two months later, it stopped dehumidifying. It would create a cool-ish swampy feel in the room... I attempted to contact customer support and they stopped responding. Poor quality machine, poor customer service.

I BOUGHT THIS AIR CONDITIONER THREE DAYS AGO. WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A THREE DAY HEAT WAVE IN CONNECTICUT. DAYTIME TEMPERATURES WERE AROUND 100 DEGREES F. IT WORKS GREAT AND IT WAS FAIRLY EASY TO INSTALL IN MY VINYL DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW. I ALSO BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM P C RICHARDS & SON. i SURE HOPE I WON'T NEED IT!

So far, it works. Ive only had it about a month, and here are my concerns. #1, Its very noisy. #2, Its not draining water, and it isnt adequatly taking the moisture out of the air. It gets cool in here, but it still feels humid. When it starts up, (I hear loudly), water thats collected inside sloshing around and its kind of scary to hear it. I keep waiting for an electrical short or some other problem,

It has performed well since being installed just over a month ago. It cools fast and and distributes the air well. It is probably a little noisier than some would like. Experience time is too short to make a recommendation. I consider durability to be a top priority for any appliance and have had poor experiences with window air conditioners recently (these were not Frigidaire units).

replaced my old window unit, same model as this one, lasted two yrs, had extended warranty, installed new unit, turned on,,outside fan would not run, found fist size ball of sealing type putty material jammed on fan blade, was able with long screwdriver, break it into small pieces, and unit started up ran fine, so far? called frigidaire, informed them, they said they would note it on my record? so still no explanation on how this happened from factory, once again took out 4 yr. extened warranty, glad i did,

I loved the ease of use of this air conditioner so much that I bought a second one. It cools the room it's in and beyond. I live in a two floor, 1,500 sq. ft. condo and these keep the place very comfortable. I usually run hot, so when it's hot outside I need an air conditioner that will cool me down. This air conditioner works the best out of any brand I've owned in the past. I highly recommend it!!!

I just bought this air conditioner and really like all the options I can use on it. I like having a remote to use with it, this allows me to turn on the air conditioner from anywhere in the area I have it installed. Remote temperature sensing automatically senses the temperature I like and keeps the room cool to that temperature. Air conditioner cools the room fast too, don™™t have to wait long at all. The Air conditioner has a descent sound, not an overwhelming sound like the older ones had. I™™m very happy with my purchase, I had another smaller Frigidaire upstairs in bedroom that i™™m Happy with and I decided to buy the larger model for downstairs because I liked it so much, so now I have two and can™™t be more happy with both.

My heat pump AC is old and ran out of Freon. A new system would cost at least $6K so I bought the Frigidaire. It cools my entire downstairs. I only paid around $300 for it. It's a little noisy, but well worth the savings.

It's works ok but not as powerful as expected. I replaced the same model frigidaire 6000 btu AC with this 10000 btu and am finding the new 10000 doesn't really cool much more than the 6000 did. Regret letting installers remove the 6000. Should have kept it!
