CEE Tier 1 2 qualified Select dishwashers exceed federal minimum energy efficiency standard by 15% to earn an eco-friendly CEE Tier 1 2 qualification. These advanced water and energy savings may qualify for rebates, contact your local utility company for program availability.

Tall Tub Design This model's Tall Tub design allows you to load tall and odd-shaped items in both racks. An additional 3" of interior space compared to standard tub models makes room for extra-large items in the lower rack and plates or sports bottles in the upper rack.

Quiet Partner I Sound Package Whirlpool brand dishwashers offer many levels of quiet operation with this system of sound reducing insulation.

Auto Soil Sensor Optimizes every cycle for reliable cleaning results. This sensor measures soil in the wash water to determine how dirty dishes are, then adjusts the cycle accordingly. It recalibrates the load after 250 cycles for maximum performance.

1-Hour Wash Cycle Get great wash performance in nearly half the time 3 . This hour-long cycle lets you thoroughly clean your dirtiest dishes when you are in a rush.

Normal Cycle Use for loads with normal amounts of food soil.

High Temperature Wash System Choose this option when additional cleaning of items like baby bottles glassware or dishes is required.

Heated Dry Option Dries dishes thoroughly. Once this option is complete, dishes are ready for storage.

I bought this brand new in the box, though it was bought from a person and it's a 2014 model. After installing and using the first time there an inch of water sitting after completion the cycle, tried second and third time, it's the same and whirlpool wants to charge $98.00 just to come out and diagnose it. I absolutely DO NOT recommend and I wasn't expecting a poor customer service from whirlpool.

Beware of energy star label of Whirlpool

This dishwasher's dry function is terrible. After every wash my wife or me are drying the dishes with cloth one by one. And I have read the same issue from other reviewers too. But after I heard same problem from my neighbour who have another model of Whirlpool's dishwasher I decided to write here. My friend decide to change his dishwasher with another brand but I can not. So if you are planning to buy Whirlpool dishwasher, try to get an 3 or 5 years extended warranty with on site service.

Within the first four months of operation, we needed to have the entire display module replaced, twice! The led indicator lights would intermittently fail, until one or two lights would fail permanently, therefore it was impossible to determine which wash feature had been chosen. The service company stated that they had issues with this particular model's display unit and heating element.The dry function is inferior and whilst the service company claimed that is was due to the energy saver feature, we have had energy star qualified dishwashers that dried dishes perfectly. This unit will not dry consistently and we end up drying via a towel.

I really like this dishwasher. It is quiet and also energy efficient. I could not guve it 5 stars, only because I find that it is not capable of getting the dishes completely clean without using high end soap.

Broke down in under three years

This dishwasher came with our appliance package when we had our suburban home built in 2013. We moved in in November of that year, & in May of 2016 the appliance has gone kaput. Before it broke down, it did a moderate job of cleaning the dishes, bring somewhat noisy in the process. The delay feature came in handy for this reason; we could load it up after dinner & delay the start for four hours so that we didn't have to listen to the noise while we relaxed in the nearby family room. I'm tired of buying appliances that wear out in under five years when they used to last decades. (Incidentally, the Whirlpool gas range that we got at the same time has issues, too - the door no longer seals properly & it falls open unless you support it all the way down when opening. This leads me to believe that Whirlpool has quality control issues across the board.)

This unit came with the house we bought, and it does everything it says it will, which we are very grateful for. But we can't say a whole lot more.I like that it has a separate water jet for the bottom and for the top drawers, so I know everything on the top is getting hit even if the bottom is completely full. And it adds a bit more space to the bottom without that hole in the center.Everything else is adequate, but not exciting. The unit isn't desperately pretty to look at. The silverware and cup racks don't have any covers or organizers to speak of. Kinda boring.My one complaint is when you run it it doesn't give a lot of feedback. The beeps are super quiet and it takes a while to hear if it's running or not. I have pressed the button, assumed it was running, and found out later it never started. Oops.But it WASHES DISHES quite well. And it's boring partly because it's quiet and just slips into the background--like a good appliance should. What more can you really ask for?

I've been using the brand new refrigator for six weeks now. I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT , I LOVE IT. The stainless steel exterior is sooo easy to keep clean and it looks fantastic. The freezer on the bottom has easy access to everything and dito to the refrig section.

This machine requires that you wash every dish before loading and running. Otherwise, it does not wash properly, even with the heated wash setting. It also fails to dry, even when set to high temperature dry. There is no rinse cycle. Within one week, the soap dispenser door cracked.
