This looks great and the cooktop works well but the oven temp is not very stable. The controls are confusing and to shut off the timer you have to shut off the entire oven. I have not been able to level the oven so all cakes have been lopsided.

As for cooking on top or in the oven this is by far the best range we have ever had. Wife is amazed with anything baked. Pies come out beautiful and you can do several at a time.
Little things. The timer has no seconds, odd. It takes a little effort, force, to get the digital panel to recognize your push.
We have had stainless steel tops, never again, any spills near the burner become a major issue to clean. Last range was a GE Pro Line gas with white glass top and white porcelain burner trays, constant hassle cleaning the trays.
This time we went black thinking it would be easier to clean, not so much. The display, being black, shows every finger print from every touch and splatters are constant. Now to be honest, that's all part of cooking and cook- this unit does excellent.
Do yourself a favor and get a Mystic Maid cleaning cloth. Use water only and those little smudges clean right up. YOU MUST CLEAR THE MAJORITY OF GREASE FIRST with a separate soaped cloth and dry somewhat or the Mystic Maid cloth will not work. They work great on anything shinny or glass to get them streak free.

This "self cleaning" oven does not clean at all!! Be prepared to clean it by hand with an oven cleaner. Furthermore, the gas control knobs can turn on so easily when wiping the control panel clean (without igniting the flame) so you won't realize that the gas is on. This happened to me on more than one occasion. I wiped the control panel with a damp cloth after dinner and inadvertently moved the knob just a bit, and in the middle of the night we woke up and smelled something funny and thought nothing of it and went back to sleep. In the morning the smell was really bad (especially in the kitchen), and realized it was coming from the stove. We then realized that there was a burner knob slightly open. This incident could have been much worse!! I don't recommend this oven at all! The aqualift self clean feature does not work, and the oven is a real safety hazzard.

4/5 for a few reasons...would prefer a small and a large burner in front, rather than 2 large. Bottom drawer is quite small and doesn't really open and close smoothly. Also did not realize that you should not store anything in the drawer that is not heat resistent!. I put a vinyl cutting mat in there and it melted. (I previously had an electric range and heat was not an issue, so I was unaware.) Having not used a gas oven before, it seems to take longer to cook than electric. I put a thermometer in it to be sure it reached the indicated temp and it did, so I guess cooking with gas is just different than electric. Would also prefer if the display buttons were more of a touch than a push design...to me it seems like this will maybe show wear sooner than later.
Having said all that, I do love the flip up grates for cleaning. Stove definitely has plenty of BTU's in all the burners. Fairly easy to clean the surface too. It is possible to turn on the gas without igniting the burners, so that could potentially be a safety issue. But overall, I'm quite happy with the range so far and would recommend it.

We remodeled our kitchen and decided to buy a new stove. Now their was nothing wrong with our GE stove. I'm a person that researches everything I buy, Whirlpool was right up there at the top. We have a Whirlpool refrigerator and love it, we our now thinking of replacing the microwave over the stove.

Upgraded from an electric to this model converted for propane. Overall, I am very pleased and it's a vast improvement. I have only two minor irritations. One may be related to using LP gas instead of natural gas (methane). The lowest burner setting is still a little too hot. I will be using a heat diffuser plate for the real slow simmers. Second is the touch control screen for the oven. I find it far too easy to mess up the setting when I wipe clean that surface, and the shiny black surface just begs to be cleaned.

We purchased this about a month ago. It looks amazing in our kitchen. This is the first gas oven/range we have had. I love the gas range but the oven cooks a little less even than my electric. Overall we are very happy and the price for the features was well worth the switch.

We have had this unit for almost six months now. Everything is great! The only things I don't love are that it takes longer to bake things (not a big deal, was just an adjustment on my part initially), and the two grates on top. While it's nice for a cooking surface, it's annoying when you get a little spill and have to lift up a huge grate to clean for just a small spill. I'd prefer at least 4 pieces.

Bought this the week before Thanksgiving, as my old one just gave up and died. Really loving the convection feature...everything cooks faster and evenly. I never did much baking before but I find myself looking for reasons to use the oven. It's nice and big too! Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze!

We had this delivered in Dec. 2016 and so far we love it. It was brought out and worked the first day and the oven did not work the next day. They came right out and fixed and have not had any problems since. It ended up being a loose wire from shipping. So service was great and we love our appliance.

I have to be very careful not to accidentally hit the knob to ignite. It's happened several times when leaning over to clean. Also it starts out on high not low.

I like my new range, I like the fact that the oven is much larger than my old one. It is a really nice looking oven. I would have given it a 5 star but I have a few quirks about this oven. I really liked the middle burner but realized when you put a flat skillet for making pancakes, the pancakes on the ends do not cook properly. Also I dont like the fact that burners even though they state that they are on low, they are still high even to burn stuff that needs to cook on a low flame covered without turning.

First time owning/using a convection oven. I'm hooked! Easy instructions to follow; @ Thanksgiving after roasting the turkey, four separate side dish casserole dishes were baked evenly all together. Love the five (5) burners with different heat functions on the range. I purchased separately the corresponding Whirlpool Griddle - great for Saturday morning pancakes!

I bought this oven 2 months ago. It was an easy install to slide into my new counter tops since it didn't have a lip to hang over counter top. Some people complain about the fan in convection oven. You won't with this model as the fan is very quiet. I was a little disappointed in the bottom drawer as it isn't big enough to fit anything except maybe a broiler pan. Also, there is no oven door lock. So if you have little ones like I do, you should keep you eye on them when the oven is on.

Wanted a built in look, this is the fits the bill. Cast Iron grate could be a bit smoother, wiping with a dishrag works better than sponge. Oven heats, bakes as promoted love the size for baking multiple items at once.
