It seems to work ok except the convection mode cycles on and off every 20 seconds??? I tried cooking something with it and finally gave up and just used the normal oven, which worked well. The burners are slow to heat, if you are trying to boil something. The oven does smoke when used the first time. In the instructions it refers to the start button. There in nothing labeled start. ?

I bought it few wks ago and I wish I hadn't. I HATE the stovetop. When dumping cooked pasta in the pan a little bit of water off the pasta splashed on the burner. I tried to wipe it off without getting burnt, then sprayed & wiped it after it cooled. As you can see it left a burnt (brown) mark on it . So yes I regret the money wasted on this stove.

I chose this model because of the overall reviews and favorable comments about the oven. I have had mine for a few weeks, but the weather hasn't been cool enough to use the oven 'til now. I baked cookies and the oven temp was EXACTLY what it was set for, then when they were done, I cancelled the "bake" setting and switched to "convection" at 50˚ higher for roasting some fall vegetables on a sheet tray. My only question was the fan turning on and off because my other stove had the fan stay on the whole time. And the fan is QUIET. Apparently the cycling on and off is normal, although I think the owner's manual is remiss in not mentioning that. (Some of us DO read and use the Users Guide/Owner's Manual.) Anyway the squash turned out perfectly, too, and I am delighted with my new range.

Pretty unhappy with how long it takes to preheat the oven. 20 minutes to get to 400 degrees is ridiculous. My old oven it was 4-6 minutes tops. Food that takes 12 min. to cook - I could bake twice in the time it takes to preheat.

Been using our oven for about 3 weeks now, and I'm glad we pick this one out. The convention oven makes cooking faster and more evenly cooked. Love everything about this oven, the warm zone is a cool feature to and the black stainless, in my opinion, looks way better then the competitions.

I've had my new oven for a month now and I am very happy with it so far. The convection feature works well and I find it great for baking cookies and roasting vegetables. There is a nice choice of burner element sizes. It can make the stovetop a little crowded, but still it's nice to have the capability to cook many things at once. It has a little warming area in the back center that has already come in handy. There are only two things that bother me about this stove. One, the storage door (electric) is too short for some of my pans and two, there doesn't seem to be a way to toggle between seeing the temperature reading and the timer setting. For example, if I reset the temperature during cooking, I can no longer see the timer countdown only the temperature number. I tried hitting the timer set button, but that just cancels the whole thing. But those are relatively small things. Overall, I really like my new range and I am enjoying using it.

I am happy with the features of my new range. I love the dual feature of the front two burners, where I can use different size pans and I like the fact that the oven is both conventional and convection. I've always wanted a convection oven. However, I wish the sales person had explained how challenging taking care of a black stainless steel top would be. The littlist thing can create a scratch. I'm actually terrified to use the stove top for any heavy duty cooking. Spot are hard to remove and I'm constantly having to buff it. If I had known all that I probably would have gone with a different finish on the appliance.
