The steel, handle, and blue leds are very sleek looking. I wish the brackets for the rack in the interior of the microwave were removable, and that the timer end beeps weren't so lengthy. The only other option is no sound, so I wish there were more options. I really like the look of the buttons and the soft close feel of the door (you don't have to slam it shut). Overall, happy with the look and function and glad I chose this model!

I purchased this microwave about a month ago to replace a failing exhaust fan. The installation was fairly straight forward and should be easy for any "handy" homeowner. More functions that I am ever likely to need, I think most people will have what they need. The only complaint I have about the functions is if you stop in the middle of heating something the "time remaining" is not retained and you have to input more time to continue heating. I often heat for a bit, stir and heat some more so I prefer it when you need to double hit the cancel button to reset the timer. Also the fan is quite loud on high, won't be using that much. The only other complaint is white now seems to cost more than SS (considering sale prices) and you often can't get the best models in white anymore. Of course that true of most brands.

I have had 2 months to get used to this new microwave. It looks great in our new kitchen setup & is very quiet & efficient. Everything is superior to our previous Whirlpool microwave which we loved. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the weak interior lighting and the difficult to read clock & timer display.

This is a replacement for an older GE that failed. It seems to cook more evenly than the old one and, even though it it has a little less power, seems to cook just as fast. The sensor system is working well so far.

I like the style,size, look, and cooking efficiency of this microwave but the fan is extremely noisy. I had read the reviews about the fan but I thought how noisy can it really be? It is noisier than any fan I have ever heard on a microwave! If I had been able to hear it run before I purchased the appliance I may very well have chosen a different microwave. I like that the fan automatically comes on if the area needs to be vented but then I have to deal with the noise. I was finishing canning my salsa in the water bath method when the fan came on and I had to listen to the loud fan for 30 minutes until I was done with all jars because I could not turn off the fan. I would recommend this to a friend but advise them if they could not deal with the noise of the fan they should look at a different brand.
