Low profile microwave door issue

Installed low profile microwave yesterday. Electric door latch keeps running, continuting to open door until unit is unplugged. Not even 1 day and have to call service!

Terrible product with bad service.

Stuck with a lemon. 2/5/2016

After 4 service calls it still intermittently requires me after pushing start to open and close the door and push start again. The only thing about it that doesn't suck is the exhaust fan which barely sucks any air out the vent. I believe I have a lemon, but Whirlpool refuses to acknowledge it and my chincy 1-year warranty has expired.

Love the microwave+convection options

This microwave/convection oven/range hood has some really great features and I love it. The onlt problem I have is that one month after the warranty ran out it decided it was not going to work most of the time! If the light inside does not go on when the door is opened, the electronics will not work and give a message of "open/close door". It is very frustrating to have to pay for a house call and repair so soon after purchasing! Not sure if I would recommend due to it needing repair so soon!

Great dual oven

Just love the features. The convection oven is an added benefit when not wanting to use the full size oven. The sensing features are very helpful. I have to get service on it due to faulty door switch. Getting factory service was very easy. I still love this Whirlpool product.

I have been using this for about a month now. It's so nice! It has a lot of settings for microwave. It's a convection oven as welland I made a turkey in it. It has two racks that can heat food up and down.

We totally redid our kitchen flooring to crown moulding. I am still trying to figure out WHY we bought this- and an oven. The oven definitely isn't necessary. Our Whirlpool zapper does everything.Recommended to all!

When I first received my new microwave/convection oven I was upset with the minimal printed instructions. After having the oven in place, I am very pleased with the ease of it's use. All the directions are self explanatory on the display screen. The looks are great! The unit is very quiet and cooks as to my expectations. Would definitely recommend this unit. It frees up counter space we had for a table top microwave and a convetion/toaster oven. Very pleased!
