I've only used my ovens since April 1/18 but I love them! So nice to be able to cook many different foods at the same time. The large windows give you a better view but I also love the style. This is my second set of ovens since May 2005 so shows how much I enjoy this product.

Very quiet oven

We purchased this for our new home. We had a similar one in our last home and we're pleased with it. My biggest surprise was how quiet this oven runs. The last one had a very loud fan that ran the entire time it was cooking, and afterwards. We hardly know this one is on.

I purchased the until 6 weeks ago. I had several problems with the installation. Whirlpool handled all my issues, but it delayed using the unit. I was apprehensive because it took about 5 weeks to get through the installation. However, once in the unit has performed great.

Other than a noisy cooling down process which was not present on my previous kitchen aid double wall oven and the lack of knobs, I am pleased with the function of this double wall oven. In addition I am awaiting replacement of lower front panel of door since it is white rather than the upper door silver and lacks whirlpool logo which is present on all ad pictures of oven.

upper oven noisy but cooked well.lower oven arrived with broken door hinge, installer ordered a new door ,maybe then the light will go out. ( hooray pill bottle jammed between door and switch turned light out)
