My biggest criteria on this purchase were sound level and wash quality. This washer hits both perfectly. It's significantly quieter than the Whirlpool it replaced, and does a great job. It's easy to use too. Bonus: I live the extra top rack for silverware and small items.

Nice dishwasher but a bit noisy

I purchased this dishwasher & had it installed. The installers arrived with no tools & did a barely tolerable job of installation. I had to completely remove & reinstall to make it right. The dishwasher itself was easy to understand and cleans dishes nicely. Be aware that 51db is not quiet.

My family bought this to replace our old dishwasher when it died and we have been very happy with this model. The installation people were very helpful and it was easy to learn to use. The only thing is sometimes the upper shelf gets stuck on the soap dispenser, and the door occasionally sticks and is hard to open.

My new dishwasher Samsung has everything I need. It has 4 washing cycles to choose from, I don't need a lot, to be honest I use only the short wash cycle (60 minutes) and the regular (Normal) cycle. It is very quiet compared to my last dishwasher that lasted 9 years, and everything is clean and dry at the end of the cycle. I am very happy!!

I bought this because it is quiet and does a decent job washing dishes, but it broke down shortly after warranty. If you have zero mechanical knowledge do NOT buy, go for something that has a good warranty, I did troubleshoot and repair myself, pump had gone out.

No more knobs to get stripped. So many functional choices. A much more environmentally friendly dishwasher. Basket ensures utensils get clean. Cooking utensils have their own place. Love the cup holders. Stainless steel. Rinse agent indicator. Great overall dishwasher. Would definitely recommend it. Great price too.

had this dishwasher for 11 months. the normal light is flashing now indicating there is an error. according to user manual this is an indication of a leak or a bad switch on the leak detector. my 12 month warranty is now under review. we will see what happens.

I bought in September 2019 and in June 2020 it had a leak alarm. It took 3 weeks to get service under warranty but was quickly repaired. The dishwasher works wrll and is quite. Controls are very sensitive, if you brush against them while working at the countertop it switches the power button on although a minor problem.

More than expected. I was not expecting much of a dishwasher but this one is different, first the deliver and installation were easy and on time as promised. My old dishwasher comes from a well known company, This Samsung dishwasher is many miles ahead of the competition. Looks very nice and very easy to control and adjust the settings as needed, I'd say it is quite compared to the noises that other dishwashers make. Versatile in the way that it can be used with whatever you need it to clean and it does it FAST. The front control panel is easy to operate though I have to say a little too sensitive to touch that if you touch it by mistake there will be a response. The special plastic utensils container is definitely a plus. Dishes come out of it very clean and with the quick dry feature they are ready to put away. Thank you Samsung, Highly recommended.

My new Samsung dishwasher is making my life easier. I like the sleek design. The integrated handle and smooth finish are easy to maintain and clean. The touch button controls are very sensitive and do not take a lot of effort to operate. The setting options are perfect. The delay wash setting allows me to set it and forget it. The bottom rack is deep and easily accommodates serving platters and trays. The silverware caddy has a large capacity as well. I wish some of the side openings on it were smaller because some of my utensils slip sideways and will go through and block the drawer from sliding. I simply fix the issue by ensuring that I place them in straight down. It has a bonus third top drawer that is prefect for long items such as spatulas and tongs. It operates very quietly and doesn't disturb our daily activities. I really am excited about how sparkling clean and dry the dishes come out. I used to stand by the sink for most of the day washing dishes by hand because our old dishwasher didn't clean or dry the dishes well. Now, with my new Samsung dishwasher, I simply load the dishes and set it to wash every evening. In the morning, it takes me less than five minutes to put the dishes away. No more washing and drying by hand or having dishes stacked all over my countertops. I guess you could say that a dishwasher changed my life. This dishwasher was definitely designed for our family.
